Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with TONES CARE. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully:

1. Eligible Products for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product received does not match your order (wrong item or size).

2. Non-Eligible Products

• For hygiene and safety reasons, shampoo and conditioner cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
• We do not accept returns due to a change of mind after purchase.

3. Timeframe

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

4. Process

• Contact us at [email/WhatsApp/customer service] and provide your order number.
• Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will:
○ Replace the product with a new one at no extra cost, OR
○ Issue a store credit voucher of the same value if a replacement is unavailable.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the error is from our side (damaged or wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs.
• In all other cases (if applicable), the customer will bear the shipping fees.

6. Important Notes

• Please keep the product in its original packaging until the request is processed.
• Tones reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
